£39,880 – £44,863

Reporting to the Group Manager – Planning & Infrastructure, your role as the lead will be to seek out and manage strategic transport and infrastructure opportunities associated with our proposition. This will involve working with regional stakeholders, Government and Consultants to align development channels with other localised initiatives including the presentation of robust, strategic business cases to secure their buy in.

Along with financial responsibility associated with individual projects you will manage our client services providing high quality advice, advocacy and policy direction on economic development and keep abreast of relevant and currently developments and internal priorities.

Able to adapt and work flexibly you will be used to a dynamic environment where all opportunities as they emerge are welcomed and embraced. You must be commercially oriented and used to managing multi-disciplinary planning projects and complex development programmes.

This role is an agile one with some core site presence required on occasion.

This role is potentially open to a secondment.

This role is a 1 Year Fixed-Term-Contract due to the new status of the organisation. The ambition is that these roles will become permanent once we’ve gained initial success.
